Finding Form – Poetry Editing Workshop
17 May 2026
Magenta House

This poetry editing workshop is for writers who want to sharpen their craft and deepen their understanding of revision. Participants will learn how to experiment with various poetic forms, refine language, and provide constructive feedback to others. Through guided exercises, peer critiques, and close readings of published works, the workshop demystifies the editing process and transforms it into a powerful creative tool. Feel free to bring material from Eunice’s generative poetry writing workshop or 1-2 pages of poetry that you want to develop further. While this workshop is focused on editing poetry, many of the techniques can be used for editing fiction and non-fiction works.

This is the last event in a two-part poetry workshop presented by Eunice Andrada and supported by Magenta House. The first workshop Hyperspecificity: Generative Poetry Workshop takes place earlier on Sunday 3 May. Participants are open to attend both sessions, however this is not mandatory. Tickets sold separately.

Cost: $30 General / $40 Solidarity
